Production

We have our own kitchen in Possartstr. 18, which provides a hot, freshly cooked lunch every day for both houses. We aim to use local and seasonal products.

Vegetarian, lactose-free diet or individual intolerances can be catered for by our cook.

Daily schedule

  • 9 am – breakfast
  • 12 pm – hot lunch
  • 15:30 pm – snack

Food education

We encourage the children to learn where food comes from and how it is grown. The children have the opportunity to grow vegetables and herbs in the vegetable bed and, for example, learn how to make jam in our “childrens’ kitchen”.

Our aim is for the children to have an open approach to food and be willing to try new flavours and dishes.
